These Terms apply to your use of the Lantern Digital website at lanterndigitalco.com, including the Brand Discovery session. By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What these Terms cover

These Terms govern this website only.

If Lantern Digital is performing work for you, that work is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between us. Where these Terms and that agreement differ, that agreement controls.

Who we are

Lantern Digital provides website design, branding, search visibility, and digital systems services. We also operate WayWright, our own digital operations platform.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about our services.

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or its underlying systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the site’s normal operation;
• submit malicious files or content;
• extract content from the site by automated means for republication, or scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to the Brand Discovery session, if it is being misused.

Brand Discovery

The Brand Discovery session lets you send us information about your organization and your project, including files such as logos, brand guidelines, and fonts.

• Submitting a session does not create a contract between us and does not obligate either of us to proceed.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
• You must have the right to share what you upload. Do not upload material you do not own or are not licensed to share with us.
• You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it for the purpose it was sent — reviewing your enquiry, preparing for a possible project, and carrying out work you engage us for.
• Accepted file types are PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, ZIP, OTF, TTF and WOFF2, up to 25MB per file. We may decline or remove files outside those limits.
• Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information. The form is not designed to collect them.

While you are completing a session, your answers are saved in your own browser so you do not lose progress. That draft is on your device, not ours, until you submit. How we handle submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Google Ads authorization

If you authorize Lantern Digital to connect to a Google Ads account through WayWright:

• you confirm that you own that account or are authorized to grant access to it;
• the connection is currently read-only — WayWright retrieves reporting data and does not create, modify, pause, or delete anything in the account, and takes no action on your behalf;
• you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by contacting us.

Your use of Google Ads itself remains governed by your agreement with Google. What we do with data retrieved through that connection is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website — including text, design, layout, graphics, and logos — belongs to Lantern Digital or is used with permission. The Lantern Digital and WayWright names and logos are our marks.

You may view and share this site’s pages normally. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its content or design as your own without our written permission.

These Terms say nothing about ownership of work produced for clients; that is determined by the agreement covering that work.

Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Information on this site

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and it should not be relied on as such.
